Do you take a percentage of my rent?

Nope - no catch here! We do not take a percentage of your rent. Guests are happy to pay higher rates for short-term stays and we simply keep any amount collected above the rent you’ve asked for.

How will you provide guaranteed rent payment?

It’s straightforward — we run a business that earns income, and your rent is simply part of our operating costs. Along with signing the lease through our company, we personally guarantee payment.

Your partnership means everything to us because it’s the foundation of what we do. Our goal is to be the last tenants you’ll ever need.

How long are your guests staying?

Our guests typically stay anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on the season and the nature of their work. Many are remote workers or contractors who need accommodations for 2 to 3 months.

Do you market on platforms like AirBNB and VRBO?

We list our properties across a variety of travel booking platforms such as Furnished Finder, Booking.com, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, and others. These Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) serve as intermediaries connecting us with our guests. Our marketing targets corporate travelers, travel nurses, vacationers, and professionals on work assignments, using multiple channels—all backed by our secure guest screening process.

How do you ensure there are no parties and what if one occurs?

To be clear, we take every possible step to prevent parties or events in our units and maintain each property in pristine condition. It’s in our best interest to do so—any damage or disruption leads to downtime, lost revenue, and a negative impact on our reputation and future bookings. To help prevent issues, we use noise-monitoring devices that alert us if sound levels exceed a set threshold. If that happens, our team is notified and we promptly send someone to the property to address the situation and, if necessary, ask the guest(s) to leave. While we don’t anticipate these incidents, any maintenance or damage that arises will be handled entirely by us. That said, occurrences like this are extremely rare.
